Chef Natish Singh is an internationally experienced chef with a career spanning fine dining restaurants, country clubs, banquets, and executive kitchen leadership across the Philippines, Canada, and the United States. Trained through hands‑on progression, he has worked across all kitchen stations—from line cook and grill to sous chef and executive chef—developing strong operational and leadership expertise.
He has held senior culinary roles at respected establishments including Westchester, Old Oaks, Pelham, and Sleepy Hollow Country Clubs, as well as independent restaurants in New York, Buffalo, Edmonton, and Misamis Oriental. In 2023, he served as Executive Chef of KhanaSutra Indian Cuisine, leading kitchen operations and presenting regional Indian flavors in a modern dining format.
Chef Natish’s cooking is defined by discipline, adaptability, and consistency, shaped by years of international kitchen experience and a deep respect for craft.
