Chloe's bakery

Chloe Lu is a Filipina pastry and cuisine chef based in Cagayan De Oro. She refined her craft at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, earning the Grand Diplôme in Pâtisserie and Cuisine, where she honed both technical precision and creative expression. She started managing her mother’s restaurant of 23 years now -Candy’s Café and Restaurant in 2021 and has since established her own Chloe Bakery & Café which focuses on French-Filipino desserts two years later in 2023.
