Chef Candy Lu is a professionally trained culinary and pastry chef with extensive international experience. She studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Santo Tomas, followed by specialized training in pâtisserie and boulangerie at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She earned the prestigious Grand Diplôme in Pâtisserie and Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu London and later completed Advanced Pâtisserie at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

Since 2003, Chef Candy has led Candy’s Café and Restaurant, showcasing her classical training and passion for quality cuisine. In 2018, she became Executive Pastry Chef of M Bakery Philippines, bringing the New York’s famous Banana Pudding to Manila.
